The first thing we need to do is to wash the rotten root, disinfect it with potassium permanganate, air dry it, cut the plant to a proper height and put it into a cut-off mineral water bottle. The requirement is to expose the plant two-thirds of the outside of the bottle, and then fill with one or two centimeters of water. New roots will grow in about half a month. Before the roots grow out, water should be changed once a week. If there are white teeth, they can be changed once every 15 days. When the roots grow to 35 cm, they can be moved into the culture medium. To do hydroponics, we need to water it when its root grows one or two centimeters, and when it grows to five centimeters, it will all be replaced with nutrient solution. The advantage of nutrient solution is that its leaves grow vigorously and will not become deformed.

If you want hydroponics, you have to choose the right utensils. The best use of transparent glass, is the seedlings only need glass can bottle, if the plant is larger and more, you can use water incubator or goldfish tank.

There are two kinds of nutrient solution it needs, one is organic and the other is inorganic. Both of them can be configured by themselves. The former is rich in ingredients, but the content is not high. The latter is relatively small in ingredients, but the fertilizer effect is relatively large. The two can be used in combination, so that it can learn from each other's strengths and make up for each other's weaknesses.

Do not use tap water directly. You need to dry the water for two or three days to let the bleaching powder settle down. The sediment inside will change from strip to mass, and the color should be green. When you put water in, you can cover the root, but not the pseudobulb. If the water is too low, the plant itself will get little water, but if it is too deep, it is likely to cause its roots to rot. If the water quality changes, there is no oxygen and no fertilizer, we should change the water, or the root will turn black and yellow.
