If you want to separate aloe, you can choose spring, summer and autumn. If it is in spring, it should be conducted from March to April, and autumn and winter can be conducted from September to October. However, it is best to be around April June, when the temperature is more suitable for aloe growth, it will be easier to survive after splitting.
1. Take off the pot: the first step of plant division is to take aloe out of the original pot. This step seems simple, but it is very difficult. If the root system of the plant is accidentally bruised, not only the growth of the mother plant will be affected, but also the small plants planted separately will be difficult to survive. Before branching, stop water and wait for the soil to dry slightly. Hold the plant and pour it out of the flowerpot.
2. Branch: use scissors or both hands to cut off the side buds beside the mother plant. It is better to have some roots on the separated small plant. In this way, after planting, the survival rate is relatively high
3. On the basin: put the cut side buds in the well ventilated place to dry, prepare the breathable nutrient soil, and plant the side buds after spraying water properly, and then fix them.
