The division season of bamboo is mostly in spring, which is generally suitable from March to April. Because the temperature rise at this time is conducive to its recovery. Because the high temperature in summer will cause it to stop growing, and it is easy to be frostbitten in winter, it is rarely carried out in these two seasons. If the indoor temperature can be well controlled, autumn can also be carried out, but the recovery cycle may be longer
1. Plant selection: not all the bamboos can be divided, at least when it grows to 2-3 years, the root system is relatively strong, and the split plants are easier to survive. At the same time to choose the root bud germination more, can be divided into more clusters of small plants.
2. Watering and debasing: take it out before preparing to divide plants. In order to remove the root safely, it needs to be watered one day in advance. In this way, the basin wall can be separated from the basin soil, and it is easier to take it out of the basin.
3. Plant division: after the bamboo is taken out, it is divided into many clusters. Because the soil is wet, it is easy to separate, but also to avoid damaging the root. Each clump should have 3-5 buds, which should be planted in a new basin respectively. As the water has been poured before, it is not suitable to water in a short time.
4. Follow up maintenance: after splitting, the bamboo should be placed in a ventilated place to avoid sunlight, which is conducive to its fast serving. It is not suitable to water before serving the pot. Spray it on the plant and increase its humidity.
