The flowers are fragrant, and the bracts are lanceolate, light purple brown, with dark purple brown stripes. Sepals are lanceolate, with veins, petals shorter and wider, slightly forward and slightly clasped, covering the pistil column, with 7 veins, light yellow with purple spots.
