Dishui Guanyin likes wet plants, so watering is good for its growth. However, it doesn't need to be watered every day, just when it's needed.
Dripping Guanyin is usually watered once through. If it is poured from the top, pour until the bottom of the basin is slightly drained. If the method is used, soak until the surface of the basin soil is wet.
The interval between the two watering is determined according to the situation of the basin soil. After the basin soil is completely dried, watering again is needed to avoid the wilting of leaves caused by water shortage. Generally speaking, except for some wet flowers, basin soil is forbidden to accumulate water. Using the soil with good air permeability can prevent rotten roots.
In spring and summer, when the ambient temperature is between 15-30 ℃, the soil surface can be seen to be dry and then poured through.
In summer, when the ambient temperature is above 30 ℃, water every day to keep it moist.
In spring and autumn, when the ambient temperature is between 10-15 ℃, it is dry and thoroughly poured.
In winter, when the ambient temperature is below 10 ℃ but not frozen, the principle is to dry and pour through, but attention should be paid to keep the same water temperature and room temperature (15-20 ℃).
1. Dripping Guanyin only drips when the indoor temperature is low at night in autumn and winter. In the early morning, you can see water drops on the tip of the leaf. If the leaf is relatively large, there will be more water drops. Sometimes there will be a small amount of water stains on the ground at the tip of the leaf.
2. Dishui Guanyin is a plant that can tolerate Yin and wet, and can grow completely in the water, so you don't need to worry about the rotten roots in the water. If you want to breed indoors, just make sure that the soil in the basin is moist. When the temperature is low in winter, it can be slightly wet.
3. When cultured in an outdoor sunny place, the leaves will thicken and wrinkle, and there will be more flowers (the flowers will give off an unpleasant smell at night). It needs more water, and the soil should not be too dry, so the leaves will be pulled down.
