If you haven't changed the soil for Wenzhu for a long time, you can change the soil for it after autumn. The new flower soil requires high nutrient content, good drainage and air permeability. It can be made up of humus, sandy soil and a small amount of base fertilizer.
The way to change the basin is very simple. First, take the plant out of the old basin, cut off the black and rotten roots, and use disinfectant to deal with the bottom. Then prepare a new flowerpot, pave a layer of small stones at the bottom, put the flower soil in it, put the plants in it, and compact the soil surface. Then put it in the half shade and water it on time to keep the flower soil slightly wet. After it adapts to the new soil, it can be maintained normally.
The frequency of watering it in summer is relatively high, and it usually needs to be watered every 3-4 days to provide it with enough water. However, after autumn, its demand for water has decreased, so the frequency of watering it also needs to be reduced, otherwise it will easily lead to rotten roots. Specifically, water can be poured every 10 days. Before pouring, first look at the condition of the soil surface, and then pour it when it is dry and white. If it is still wet, do not pour it first
After autumn, when the temperature decreases, its growth rate will increase. So we need to apply diluted nitrogen fertilizer to it every half a month to provide it with the nutrients needed for its growth.
