Usually, aloe blossoms, because of the different varieties, so the flowering time is also different. Generally speaking, the flowering time of Aloe arborescens is about 3-4 years, Aloe Vera Vera needs 3 years, and aloe soap only needs one year.
Aloe needs to bloom and have good light during its growth, especially in summer. Sufficient nutrients are also necessary for aloe to bloom, and phosphate fertilizer cannot be lacked. In addition, aloe also need to have a strong root, stem is also relatively thick.
In short, the leaves are long and thick, the plant height is more than 40 cm, and the aloe with green leaves will bloom more easily.
Take Aloe arborescens as an example. When cultivating aloe, take some measures to make aloe blossom in advance.
In the first ten days of September, cut the arbor aloe which has been cultivated for more than 2 years from the center of the stem, and keep 5-7 leaves in the upper part. When cutting, we need to keep the growing point of aloe top, and keep 3 - 4 leaves in the lower part of the cut.
Put the cut part of Aloe arborescens in a cool place to dry for 10-15 days. Then remove the leaves near the cut-off part and insert them in the soil. After about 40 - 50 days, they can take root.
Note: do not water before rooting, so you can see aloe flowers in the next year. When the flower withers, you can cut off the flower stem.
