When planting, we usually choose the method of hole plate sowing, planting a seed in each hole, then covering the soil and watering. At ordinary times, the soil should be kept moist, and suitable temperature environment should be provided, about 25 ℃, so that it can germinate and survive in three or four days. If it is sown in spring and autumn, it will bloom in about two months. If it is planted in summer or winter, it can bloom in about 80 days.
1. Light: it likes light, especially during the seedling period, it should be given sufficient sunlight, so that the seedlings can grow more robust, which is beneficial to the growth of stems, leaves and flower bud differentiation.
2. Temperature: it is warm and cold resistant, so don't worry too much about the temperature. As long as it is no less than - 10 ℃, it can grow normally, but the higher the temperature is, the faster it will grow
3. Watering: do not use too much water at ordinary times, it is more drought resistant. But after budding, increase the amount and times of water. When the flowers are not mature, control the amount of water. It is strictly forbidden to accumulate water in the soil, or it will affect the growth.
4. Fertilization: sunflowers like nitrogen fertilizer, so it should be applied frequently during maintenance. Can be combined with watering at the same time, so that the fertilizer is better diluted, absorbed by it, appropriate fertilization can better promote stem growth, but pay attention to timely control fertilizer after bud emergence.
