Soak the purchased pea seeds in clear water for 6 to 8 hours. After soaking, take out the peas and wash them with clear water for two or three times.
Spread 2 to 3 layers of gauze in the container, soak with water, and then evenly spread the soaked pea seeds on the gauze. Pay attention to keep the gauze moist, often water the pea seeds, and keep good ventilation conditions. The temperature should not be lower than 15 ℃, and the pea roots and buds will be clearly visible after 5 days.
Prepare the soil and container in advance, plant the sprouted pea seedlings in the soil, then water them and put them in a warm place for curing.
