Select the wood containing grease, such as pine, cypress, etc., and then use the sawdust machine to crush the wood into sawdust with a diameter of about 1.5cm, then add a certain proportion of water, gypsum, bran, sugar, etc. into the prepared sawdust and mix them evenly, then load the sawdust into a bag, and seal the bag mouth with a sealing machine. Then put the bag in a sealed pot, heat it up to 100 ℃, and keep it warm for more than 24 hours for thorough disinfection and sterilization.
Put the sterilized bag in the sterilized shed, wait until it cools down, and then the mycelium will start to grow. In the follow-up process, regularly prick the mouth of the bag, and then put it in the shed in mid summer. Wait until October, the mushroom will start to grow, and then pick it regularly when it is mature.
