If the water stinks, it is generally due to the anaerobic bacteria in the liquid, which represents a bad sign. If you leave it alone, it will easily cause the root rot of the plant over a long time, and its leaves will inevitably turn yellow.
1. First take the bamboo branch out of the stinking water, wash its roots with water, first remove the stink, and then check whether there are rotten or moldy roots. If you find them, cut them off directly, and then dry them in the shade. Leave them in a dry environment for 20 minutes. The purpose of this step is to effectively remove the anaerobic bacteria from the roots.
2. In the last step of drying, pour out all the water in the bottle, brush the inside of the bottle with a brush, and then disinfect the bottle thoroughly with 84 bottles.
3. Pour the new water into the sterilized bottle. The new water should be tap water which has been placed for a day and a night. If it is too late to be placed, you can choose to use pure water.
4. Go to some drugstores to buy metronidazole tablets, which are very cheap, but its main function is to kill anaerobic bacteria. After you buy it, you can grind the tablets into powder, or drop them into a vase directly. The amount used is calculated according to the capacity of the vase, but it doesn't matter if one tablet is more or less.
