The cutting of carnation can be divided into three steps. First, select healthy and strong new branches, and cut the branches about 10cm long from under the nodes. Then select the soil with good air permeability as the substrate for cutting, and place them in the shade after watering. After rooting for about 2 months, transplant them to the basin, and give the plants sufficient sunshine and normal maintenance.
It is better to cut after early spring, and maintain the curing temperature at about 14-20 ℃, which is conducive to rooting and plant growth; in addition, keep sufficient sunshine, water after the pot soil is dry, and apply diluted P-K thin fertilizer before flowering.
