As soon as autumn arrives, many flower friends love to toss their own flowers. Apart from cutting, the most favorite is grafting. Especially to see a tree can bloom colorful flowers, that is really a special sense of achievement! So, today flowers will come to tell you that it's better to take advantage of the autumn to directly graft!

Crab claw orchid is grafted like this, with 100 blossoms!

If you want to have more flowers, you'd better graft them.

Operation steps:

1. You can choose cactus, Yexian and pitaya for the rootstock of Christmas Cactus. But North flower friend, if graft with cactus, had better choose those hardy breed, such winter just won't freeze to death..

2. Use the sterilized knife to cut off the top stem node of the cactus, and then find a rustless iron nail. Use the sterilized iron nail to pierce down from the middle of the cactus incision. Remember to completely pierce the whole iron nail into the cactus. Finally, take out the nails!

3. Select the scion needed for grafting, that is, the leaves of crabmail. The best choice for the leaves is to be plump and robust, keeping 2 - 3 leaves, so as to improve the survival rate.

4. Use the sterilized blade to remove the left and right sides of the stem nodes at the lower end of the leaves of crabmail, leaving about the same width as the nails.

5. Insert the treated Christmas Cactus branch directly into the interface pressed out by cactus with iron nail. If you want the wound to accelerate healing, you can also seal the interface with wax. In this way, the grafting is successful!

6. After grafting, put the Christmas Cactus in a cool and ventilated place, receive sufficient scattered light, and do not rush to water it. About half a month later, if the crabmail does not wilt, it is basically a successful grafting.

7. The interface of the Christmas Cactus grafted by this method is relatively small, the probability of bacterial infection is reduced, and the survival rate of the grafted Christmas Cactus will be greatly increased. After as long as good maintenance, more fertilizer, soon can let Christmas Cactus out more flowers!

Longevity flower is so grafted that it will never black rot again!

The longevity flower in the family is not well raised. A large part of it is caused by black rot! So it's better to use Yushu for grafting. It's hard to get black rot if you want to live a long life after grafting with Yushu.

Operation steps:

1. Prepare the grafting tools: sharp knife, alcohol and preservative film, small clip

2. Find a jade tree for grafting. Why use Yushu to graft? Because the leaves of Yushu are plump, evergreen and drought resistant, it is an ideal grafting stock for the long-lived flowers that are easy to black rot.

3. First sterilize the knife with alcohol, then find a branch without lignification on the Yushu tree, cut a section of branch with the knife, and then split it in the middle and cut it into a V-shaped incision.

4. Select healthy long-lived flower branches, cut the lower end of long-lived flower branches into duck mouth shape, and then directly insert into the branches of Yushu.

5. In order to make the wound heal faster, wrap the joint with a plastic bag, and then gently clamp it with a small clip.

6. Put the grafted longevity flower in a cool and ventilated place. During this period, there is no need to water it at all. Observe it after about 15-20 days. If the leaves of longevity flower do not wilt, it is basically the grafted survived!
