Because cactus cuttings can grow roots at the fastest speed in the environment of 20-25 ℃, it is more suitable for cutting in April to may in spring or August to September in autumn. Depending on the region, the best cutting time may vary slightly. If it's indoors, cutting can be done all year round
1. Select cuttings: select an old leaf with good growth and relative fullness from a healthy adult plant, and gently remove it from the base. Then put it in a well ventilated part of the vagina and let the wound dry completely.
2. Prepare flower soil: it is easier to take root in the soft and sandy flower soil. So it's best to mix the rotten leaf soil and fine sand to make its flower soil.
3. Cutting: put the flower soil into a well ventilated flowerpot, and pour a little water to wet the soil. Then put the dry blade wound downward and insert it into the soil.
4. Later maintenance: put it into a relatively warm and well ventilated environment with a little shade. During this period, spray water timely to keep its flower soil slightly moist. Wait a while, it will take root.
