Too hot or too cold temperature will lead to the slow growth of roses, and the weather is uncontrollable, so in summer when the weather is hot, the flowering quality is poor, in order to remove the flower bud and reduce the nutrient consumption. In winter, the flowers are less; it is the dormancy period of rose to prune its branches for winter. Wait until the spring and autumn climate is most suitable for Rose growth conditions, then do reproduction, planting, fertilization and other work to promote production.
The most ideal soil for rose planting is loose, fertile and moist. In order to loosen, some organic substances are added, such as compost, rotten leaf soil, snake sawdust, coarse rice bran, etc.
The cool climate in autumn is the most suitable season for rose planting. From autumn planting to winter, it has been successfully planted to survive the winter safely. In spring, due to full development, the plant is strong, and in summer, it can resist the wind and the sun over the summer.
Seedling development needs a lot of nutrients and energy; the newly planted seedling root can't absorb fertilizer yet. The source of nutrients is carbohydrate of photosynthesis, while the source of energy is sunlight, and the leaves are organs of nutrient production, so try to keep them, while potted rose in summer; avoid direct sunlight and reduce water evaporation.
The seedlings must not be short of water at the beginning. Before the new roots are developed, the ability of the roots to absorb water is still poor. We should help spray or sprinkle on the plants to reduce the loss of water. The potted rose should be watered evenly in the whole basin until the water flows out from the bottom. In summer, the whole basin can be soaked in water and then taken out.
When the new roots of the newly planted seedlings do not grow well, they cannot absorb fertilizer. Liquid fertilizer can be used to spray on the plants to absorb fertilizer from the leaves about two weeks after planting. It can be sprayed twice a week, and the fertilizer placed in the soil can be applied about one month later.
