When does Tieshu change pots

When the plant grows and develops to a certain stage, it needs to be replaced. Generally speaking, if the plant is maintained in a small basin, it needs to be replaced once every 1-2 years. If the plant is maintained in a large basin, it can be replaced once every 4 years or so. Usually, we will do it between April and may in spring, because the temperature is appropriate at this time, which is conducive to plant recovery.

Why do you change pots?

1. On the one hand, because the plant is growing continuously, so when it develops to a certain stage, the demand for volume and other aspects becomes larger, so the previous maintenance containers and other conditions have no way to meet it, so in order to better develop the plant, we need to provide a better environment for it.

2. On the other hand, the long-term growth and development of the plant has absorbed and utilized almost all the nutrients in the original environment, especially the change of the cultivated loam, which is not only undernourished, but also poor in permeability and softness, so it needs to be replaced.

When to change

1. If the plant was originally raised in a small container, then it needs to change the basin more frequently, about 1-2 years.

2. If the plant is cultured in a larger container, it will be OK for about 4 years, during which care should be taken

3. The specific time of basin changing needs to be selected well. April May in spring is very good, because the environment temperature is suitable at that time, and the plant recovery will be faster.
