Florist Kalanchoe usually blooms in December, until April to May of the next year. The flowering period is very long, which can be as long as half a year. In fact, its flowering period is not very fixed, and the maintenance of the environment has a great relationship, but December may is the most concentrated flowering time, but also the most prosperous time.
If the culture environment is relatively warm, the flowering may be advanced for some time; if the culture environment is relatively cool, the flowering time will be slightly delayed. If it is given suitable growth conditions during the curing period, it is likely to bloom continuously
1. Light: it's better to put it on the south balcony and receive about 8 hours of light every day, so as to make the flowers bloom longer. If the time of receiving light is short, not only does the flowers bloom late, but also the number of flowers is very small.
2. Water control: at the flower bud differentiation stage, the water amount should be controlled, and the water should be poured after the cultivated soil dries as much as possible. Watering should be done thoroughly. It's better not to have water on the branches and leaves.
3. Fertilization: give it some appropriate P and K fertilizer, which can help the plant to blossom better. Generally, fertilize 2-3 times a month.
