Ginkgo trees usually bloom in spring and summer, almost around April. Before it blooms, it sprouts leaves, and then flowers. After it blooms, it takes a long time for the seeds to mature. In the middle, it takes half a year for the seeds to grow and mature until September and October.
However, ginkgo tree dioecious, male is not flowering, we usually see flowering is female.
