In April to may, the method of indoor pot sowing is adopted. The fertile and loose rotten leaf soil and coarse sand are suitable for the substrate. Before sowing, it is better to soak the seeds in warm water for 2-3 days. The sowing depth is better to see no seeds, and keep a grain spacing of about 2cm. After sowing, the water is supplied by the method of pot bottom soaking, then covered with white paper and glass. At the same time, the room temperature is kept at about 25 ℃, about 15-20 days can germinate, and the seedling of huangweng grows faster.
The cutting propagation of huangweng is generally carried out from May to June. The higher growing huangweng plants are selected and cut at a place about 15cm away from its top. After drying, they are inserted in the sand bed. Generally, they can take root about 30-40 days after cutting. Can also peel off the germination of the mother plant for cutting propagation, so that rooting faster.
Grafting was also carried out from May to June. The stock was suitable for measuring the height of the sky or short hair ball, while the scion used seedling or germinated seed ball. After grafting, we usually need to wait 10 - 15 days to survive.
