The difference between cinnamon and Geranium

Cinnamomum cassia is a medium-sized tree with a trunk height of about 12 meters. It is fragrant and pleasant. Its branches and leaves are thin and there is no distribution of small hairs.

The height of the trunk of geranium is about 10 to 15 meters, the diameter is 30 to 35 cm, and the skin color of the trunk is red or reddish brown.

2. The difference of leaves

The leaves of Cinnamomum cassia are slender, 8 to 12 cm in length, 2.5 to 5.5 cm in width, glabrous on the top, grayish white on the bottom, and about 1 cm in petiole.

Geranium tends to be ellipse, 7 to 10 cm in length and 3 to 3.5 cm in width. The upper part is bright green, and the lower part is dark gray green.

The pedicels of Geranium are relatively long and grow about 1.5 to 3 cm.
