It is a biennial herb with a height of about 30-60 cm, all of which are glabrous, and its root epidermis is green, oblate or orbicular. However, the cirrus can reach up to 100 cm, with white or yellow outer skin, hairy lower part and glabrous upper part.
The shape of the basic leaf blade is broad ovate to oblong, about 13.5-20 cm long, with 1 lobe on each side of the base and serrate margin. Stem leaves are oblong to linear oblong. However, the shape of the basal leaf blade of Aralia is a big head feather crack, which is wider and capital than the former, about 20-34 cm long. The middle and upper cauline leaves are oblong lanceolate.
