Straw chrysanthemum, also known as wax chrysanthemum, is originated in Australia.
It likes warm and sunny environment. Not cold resistant, avoid extreme heat, and grow well in moist and well drained fertile and loose soil.
The height of the plant is 50-90cm, the stem is multi branched, and the whole plant is covered with micro hairs. Leaves alternate, strip lanceolate, entire, sessile. The flower head has a single branch end, the flower is gorgeous and lasting, and does not have leg color after drying, and the flower is yellow, orange, red powder and white. It is often sown in autumn after mid late September.
Straw chrysanthemum can be used to arrange flower bed and flower border, also can be used for potted ornamental, in addition, it can be used as dry flower, cut flower and flower arrangement.
