2. Put the rice left over from the meal into a clean bottle, then put a small sweet wine starter into it and crush it, mix with the rice evenly and press it tightly. Cover the bottle mouth tightly with double-layer gauze and put it in the sun for drying. It will take about a week in summer and about half a month in winter, which makes the fermentation successful. Add water to the part that looks very clear on it and it can be used for watering.
Because it is acidic, it is only suitable for plants that like to grow in acid soil, such as gardenia, Junzilan, jasmine and other flowers. If it is applied to flowers that like alkaline substances, it will play the opposite role and hinder the growth of plants.
