The phenomenon of blade edge scorching will be caused by strong illumination. Pocket coconuts prefer a shady growing environment, so they should be placed in a place with bright scattered light when cultured indoors.
The pocket coconut is afraid of strong light, so it should be placed indoors in high temperature in summer. It is forbidden to be directly exposed to the sun, otherwise it will cause the leaves to wither and turn yellow; otherwise, if it is placed in a difficult environment for a long time, it will cause the leaves to become pale and lose their luster.
Generally, the most suitable growth temperature of pocket coconuts is about 10-20 ℃, the temperature in winter should be reduced to 12-14 ℃, and the minimum temperature should not be lower than 10 ℃. If the temperature is too low, it will stop growing and enter into dormancy. If the temperature is too low, it will cause frostbite and death of plants.
In order to keep the proper growth humidity, it is necessary to spray water around the leaves frequently to increase the air humidity, so as to prevent the growth and development of coconuts from being too dry.
The mini coconut should be cultured in weak alkaline soil with a small amount of clay, and the basin should be changed every 3 years. The thin liquid fertilizer should be applied 3-4 times in the spring and autumn when the plant is growing.
