First of all, it is very difficult for hydroponic plants to survive in the soil again. Because the root system of hydroponic plant and soil plant is very different. It has a thin epidermis and no root hair. But in the soil the root will be thicker, has the root hair.
Secondly, the surface layer of hydroponic plants also has aerenchyma. Because of the growing environment, there is little friction between the root cap and the outside world, so the damage is relatively small, the root will grow more tender, and the geotropism is not so good. But in the soil, the roots and crowns constantly rub with the soil and other sundries, there will be a lot of damage, and the roots and crowns will be thicker and stronger. So it's more difficult for hydroponic plants to be reared in the soil.
What's more difficult is that the hydroponic roots have been growing in the humid environment, so they are all directly absorbed by the epidermis cells without too much root hair. And in the water also does not need the root to have the very good fixity, is not so good for the soil's fixation
Generally speaking, hydroponic plants are difficult to be replanted in the soil. They will not adapt to the new environment and even die. So if you want soil culture, you can re cut seedlings or branches. If you want to have a try, don't be exposed to the sun after soil culture, and then don't use too much fertilizer, and there must be water sitting process.
