2-3 buds were left when the spike was inserted. The upper end was 1-2cm above the bud, the opposite side of the bud was cut into the shape of a horse ear, and the lower end of the incision was cut 2-3mm below the node.
A bundle of 50-100 cuttings were stored in the sand in the inverted ditch for more than 21 days. The cuttings were soaked in 500-2000 mg /L rooting powder solution for 1-2 seconds, and immediately inserted into the substrate. The insertion depth was about 1 /2 of the total length. The ground was kept moist and the air was moist.
Control the substrate temperature 3-6 ℃ higher than air. When the slotting is planted, 4-6 times a day, about 5 minutes each time, to help the incision callus to produce, so that the survival rate of rose cuttings will be greatly improved.
