Generally, about five kilograms of processed cauliflower can be placed on each square baking plate. In the early stage of drying, the water content of cauliflower is still relatively large. You can adjust the temperature of the drying room to between 80 ° C and 85 ° C before putting cauliflower. After that, you can reduce the temperature to 60 ℃ to 65 ℃, bake for 12 to 15 hours, and then slowly reduce it to 50 ℃, until the broccoli is completely dry. In order to prevent the cauliflower from being burnt by baking, change the baking plate in time, and turn it regularly to ensure that the drying degree of cauliflower is the same
