Soil: loose and fertile soil should be selected for longevity flower cultivation; light: Culture in sunny place; water: water once in 2-3 days; temperature: suitable temperature in growth period is 20-25 ℃, dormancy period is 16-20 ℃; fertilization: once in 15-20 days, 0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate should be added after flower bud formation.

1. Soil

The planting of Florist Kalanchoe should choose the loose and fertile soil with good drainage, not the sticky soil. It can be made up of rotten leaf soil, garden soil and river sand in the proportion of 4:2:2.

2. Light

Longevity flowers like sunshine, need to be placed in sunny places such as balcony. Summer can be properly sunshaded, in addition to the need for adequate lighting throughout the year.

3. Moisture

Florist Kalanchoe also has a lot of water, which has a strong drought resistance ability and does not need to be watered frequently. Water once every 2-3 days in growth period, and reduce the times of watering in winter dormancy period.

4. Temperature

The suitable temperature is 20-25 ℃ in the growing period and 16-20 ℃ in the dormancy period in winter, so that it can bloom around the Spring Festival. If the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the leaves will turn red and the flowering period will be delayed.

5. Fertilization

In the growing season, fertilize once every 15-20 days, select the thin compound liquid fertilizer, so that the growth speed is faster; after the flower bud is formed, apply 0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution.
