The sandy soil with good drainage capacity and high nutrition content should be used for aloe cultivation. Specifically, we can mix peat soil, saprophytic soil, fine sand and perlite in the proportion of 4:3:2:1 to nourish aloe.
Aloe likes sunshine. In spring and autumn, you should have more sunshine to help it grow healthily. Summer to take certain shade measures, can not let it in the hot sun exposure, winter need to put it indoors where there is sunshine.
Because aloe has a high water content, it doesn't need to be watered too much at ordinary times. Usually, keep the soil dry, and water it after it is dry. In summer, because the transpiration is too strong, we need to pour more water to supplement it.
Aloe originated in tropical areas, afraid of cold and not afraid of heat, usually need to give it a temperature of 15-35 ℃, when the temperature is low in winter, to ensure that the temperature is above 5 ℃, otherwise it may be difficult to grow.
1. Prevent black spot. Black spot is a common disease of aloe, which can make leaves appear black spots and affect the view. So we need to give it medicine in advance before entering the rainy season to prevent the occurrence of this disease.
2. Fertilizer supply. Aloe is not a fertilizer loving plant. We don't put too much fertilizer on it at ordinary times. But in the summer, we need extra fertilizer to meet its growing needs.
