Prince Hei is a cultivated variety. The shape of the rosette is the same as that of the common stone lotus. Prince Hei is a perennial succulent herbaceous plant with short stalks. The succulent leaves are arranged in a standard rosette shape. The leaves are spoon shaped, slightly thick, with a small tip on the top. The leaves are black and purple. When growing vigorously, there are more than 100 leaves on one plant, and the diameter of its leaf disc can reach 20cm. Cymes with small red or purplish red flowers.
